We accept payment by credit card (via PayPal) or NZ bank transfer. If you're local to West Auckland, you can arrange to pay cash and collect.
If items are listed for purchase on our site, they are in stock and will be packed and sent straight away. Because we carefully choose only the best items, there may be limited stock available. If a product is no longer available, there will be an Enquire button for you to contact us.
Your order will be sent to you via tracked parcel post in a discreetly labelled box or NZ Post bag. Shipping has a base cost of $10, plus $2 per item included. All items are sent from our Auckland premises.
Your information is confidential. We will never release any info to third parties, and your orders will be recorded by purchase/invoice number only. Your credit card details and other info are kept secure through our PayPal payment system.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty or defective. These returns must be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting us directly.
